Worker’s Compensation
When it comes to on-the-job injuries and illnesses, our high-caliber care, lower cost compared to the Emergency Rooms, convenient location and extended hours makes Steel Valley Express Care a clear choice.
Our main responsibility is to the injured worker. However, we also understand the importance and value of helping employers get their employees healthy and back to work as quickly as possible. To do this, we work closely with the employer to determine the best plan of action for the injured worker.
We understand all the issues that an employer faces because we are employers too. We know the value of a healthy workforce and when a teammate is injured or ill, your company suffers. Steel Valley Express Care recognizes that returning employees to work as quickly as possible is essential to your business. We explore all possibilities of returning the worker to modified duty if regular work is not possible.
We actively and effectively communicate with the employer about any issues pertaining to their employee. Questions are answered promptly and accurately. Insurance and relevant paperwork is completed at the time of each visit and the worker is given a detailed note signed by the physician explaining their status, progress, whether they can return to work on regular duty or modified duty depending upon their injury, and follow up instructions etc.
